It is an honor to write this announcement for our annual fundraiser. As you may already know, Carole Haas, with the support of you, our contributors, has helped many young women find the ability to turn their lives around in the face of pregnancy. And this year is particularly special! This is Bridgeway’s 20th Anniversary. Twenty years of restoring hope in a young woman’s heart when she feels she has no place to turn. Twenty years of a community uniting and supporting a foundation that helps young women who seek comfort, safety and support. Perhaps she is a friend, a sister, a daughter, or a niece that you know. Regardless of your connection, we need YOU at our annual fundraiser.
We are looking forward to the 2007 benefit and blowing the roof off of Belmar! We hope to encourage all supporters, past and present, to unite once again and make this event the best ever! You’ll meet and hear about the difference Bridgeway made in the lives of past and current residents (and grown "Bridgeway babies") from the last twenty years.
This should be our largest benefit to date featuring entertainment from the 17th Avenue All Stars; Honorary Chairperson Molly Hughes of CBS 4 News; Murphy Huston & Jo Myers of KOSI 101.1; and Auctioneer Gary Corbett. Of course, there will be a gourmet dinner from KM Concessions, a fantastic Live and Silent Auction in an expanded (not so crowded) area. Black, red, and white will be the theme colors for the evening. We encourage our guests to wear these colors and show your support of our 20th Anniversary and our moms and babies. ~ Amanda Woods and Terry Hill, Event Co-Chairpersons
