I remember when I found out I was pregnant with nowhere to go, somehow I heard of Bridgeway, and you guys have been there in my life ever since.
You took me in and pushed me to be the best I could be - not only for myself but also for my son.
I made the best friends ever at Bridgeway and had a wonderful time being part of your organization. All of us girls in my group still talk all the time, and our kids still know each other.
I have realized over and over throughout my almost 6 year relationship not only with Bridgeway but with all the girls I came to love there, that it was the best decision I could have ever made for myself and son.
You guys are still there if I need something, and it is just the whole idea of what you do and give to people like me. You give us a chance, let us know that you believe in us, and then push us to be the best we possibly can. Just the thought of where I was physically and emotionally before I came to Bridgeway - and where I am in my life now - it feels good. Every girl I was there with has gone out with motivation, turned her life around, and is now in a great place.
I have much love for what you guys gave, and are still giving, me and ultimately my son. I respect what you are doing for this world and these girls. I have, on several different occasions, referred someone to you who might be able to use your services or pass the word along to someone they know.
I wish you many more years of healthy girls and babies and many resources to keep doing it. You are number one in my book. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing and teaching me how to love and respect, giving me a chance and some of the best friends I have ever had.
